Posterous
Consider this just a test from Posterous. Posterous is a service I signed up for several weeks ago after a @deadprophet brought it to my attention. It didn't stick with me then because it was missing features that Tumblr had (like custom URL and design).
I just found out today, however, that you can auto post from my Posterous to several other sites like Tumblr, Twitter, Flickr and others. So I'm giving it another try. It will require at least custom URLs before I can really pull myself away from the other services, but for now I'll link my Tumblr and Twitter accounts to Posterous and just use it as an easy way to post.
